Business Continuity Management is a strategic process and a core component of digital resilience.

Organisations that have structurally embedded BCM are better able to look ahead, manage incidents and protect critical business processes when incidents occur.

🛡️ Targeted assessments provide administrative insight into the most critical processes and systems. This allows continuity planning to be organised in a targeted, substantiated and demonstrable manner. Good BCM increases the resilience and manageability of the organisation.

✅ Furthermore, BCM is no longer an optional choice: it is a prerequisite for NIS2 and DORA compliance and an explicit administrative responsibility.

The BCMS management system of the IRM360 CyberManager makes it possible to make BCM an integral part of business operations. From assessments to the establishment and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans, testing them and ensuring compliance within the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle: everything is organised centrally.

Organisations that already work with the CyberManager's ISMS management system can easily add the BCMS and thus broaden the GRC scope without adding complexity.
