• Root cause: Scheduled server tasks exceeded the planned maintenance window and continued into early business hours, causing performance degradation.
• Resolution: Server tasks have been rescheduled and aligned with the maintenance window to prevent recurrence.

HTTP error at login page

• Root cause: The app started but then stopped, service did not started after update/reboot. 
• Customer identified the issue.

• Root cause: expired certificate, new was not implemented on time. Validation e-mail was not received due to domain change from hoster.
• Customer and Service Desk employees identified the issue

• Made adjustments in software that where deployed in an October release 
• Customers reported the issue.

Forbidden error appears on some pages preventing access to some information

Resolved: 12th of March 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to all pages should be solved.

• Root cause: Updating Firewall policies caused blocking some pages.
• Resetting Firewall rules at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue. 
• Service Desk employees identified the issue, cause was not easily identified.

Resolved: 23st of January 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to environments should be able.

Update (last on top):

• Root cause: Firewall component defect caused outage.
• Restarting the Firewall (fall back) at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue. 
• Service Desk employees identified the issue, url not reachable and are in contact with our Hosting provider. Component defect at firewall caused this.
