In this privacy statement, we are informing you about the operation and purpose of the IRM360 Solutions. You can also read in this privacy statement what (personal) data is stored, the way we intend to use (personal) data and for what purpose.

IRM360 solutions objectives:

Your data will be stored and processed for business transactions relating to our services and products. The processing and storage of personal data only takes place in the context of the following objectives: Contact details of entered IRM360 Solutions users and/or employees (the customer is the owner of this information in terms of content, maintenance and deletion) and other contacts or contact details of interested parties. In the latter case, this will be kept by us as and when the request has been dealt with.

  • (Name and address details): This personal data is only stored and processed insofar as this is necessary in view of the objectives as included in this privacy statement.

CyberManager and processors:

IRM360 B.V. takes care of the (further) development and maintenance of the IRM360 software products, in consultation with any partners and/or users. In view of these tasks, IRM360 B.V. will be involved actively in the operation of the IRM360 software solutions. Furthermore, IRM360 B.V. has signed contracts with another company (processor) for the execution of its development and maintenance tasks. For example, this processor is able to solve unexpected (software) problems and can therefore guarantee the IRM360 solutions security and reliability. IRM360 B.V. and the processor it hires only have access to the personal data within the IRM360 solutions if and insofar as this is strictly necessary for the aforementioned tasks (such as maintenance). IRM360 B.V. and the processor have agreed that they will observe strict confidentiality with regard to the personal data. IRM360 B.V. and the processors will under no circumstances provide personal data illegally to third parties.
