- Friday 15, 07:01: Error message at login url: Error message HTTP Error 500.30 - ASP.NET Core app failed to start
- Root cause: The app started but then stopped
- Customer identified the issue.

- Monday 11, 14:00: new certificate deployed
- Monday 11, 08:30: new certificate to be deployed
- Root cause: expired certificate, new was not implemented on time. Validation e-mail was not received due to domain change from hoster.
- Customer and Service Desk employees identified the issue

- Root cause: uploading documents causes this, especially when uploading in measures
- Made adjustments in software that where deployed in an October release
- Customers reported the issue.

Forbidden error appears on some pages preventing access to some information

Resolved: 12th of March 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to all pages should be solved.
Update (last on top):
- Root cause: Updating Firewall policies caused blocking some pages.
- Resetting Firewall rules at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue.
- Service Desk employees identified the issue, cause was not easily identified.

Resolved: 23st of January 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to environments should be able.
Update (last on top):
- Root cause: Firewall component defect caused outage.
- Restarting the Firewall (fall back) at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue.
- Service Desk employees identified the issue, url not reachable and are in contact with our Hosting provider. Component defect at firewall caused this.
