HTTP error at login page

Reported: 15th of november 2024 07.01 CET

Resolve: Friday 15, 7.35 o.clock

Update (last on top):

  • Friday 15, 07:35: App restarted
  • Friday 15, 07:01: Error message at login url: Error message HTTP Error 500.30 - ASP.NET Core app failed to start​
  • Root cause: The app started but then stopped
  • Customer identified the issue.

Service not reachable through URL: online.cybermanager.eu

Resolve: Monday 11, 14.00 o.clock

Update (last on top):

  • Monday 11, 14:00: new certificate deployed
  • Monday 11, 08:30: new certificate to be deployed
  • Root cause: expired certificate, new was not implemented on time. Validation e-mail was not received due to domain change from hoster.
  • Customer and Service Desk employees identified the issue

 

Performance issues

Resolved: 8th of october

Update (last on top):

  • Root cause: uploading documents causes this, especially when uploading in measures
  • Made adjustments in software that where deployed in an October release 
  • Customers reported the issue.

Forbidden error appears on some pages preventing access to some information

Reported: 9th of Februari 2024 09.00 CET

Resolved: 12th of March 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to all pages should be solved.

Update (last on top):

  • Root cause: Updating Firewall policies caused blocking some pages.
  • Resetting Firewall rules at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue. 
  • Service Desk employees identified the issue, cause was not easily identified.

Server/services (online.cybermanager.eu) not reachable

Reported: 23st of January 2024 14.00 CET

Resolved: 23st of January 14.20 CET - This incident has been resolved, and access to environments should be able.

Update (last on top):

  • Root cause: Firewall component defect caused outage.
  • Restarting the Firewall (fall back) at Managed Hosting provider solved the issue. 
  • Service Desk employees identified the issue, url not reachable and are in contact with our Hosting provider. Component defect at firewall caused this.
