In CyberManager, a management user is a user who can set tasks and has access to management functionalities from the management system for which the user is responsible. Examples include the CISO, ISO or information security officer who has access to the CyberManager Information Secuirty Management System (ISMS), the Privacy officer who has access to the Privacy Management System (PIMS), the audit manager who has access to the Audit Management System, etc. A task user can only perform tasks assigned to him/her, examples include an implementation, internal audit, control or, for example, to-do task.
Yes, the CyberManager is a SaaS application and that requires an internet connection.
Yes. You can copy and paste them directly into the measures or you can link them via a link or by uploading a document.
The CyberManager comes with the standards and templates you need for the domain in which you wish to obtain certification, for example. Think of the ISMS management system for ISO 27001 certification, and the PIMS management system for the GDPR. These management systems are provided as part of our subscription. We handle your information with care and ensure the Availability, Integrity and Confidentiality of our SaaS solution. We do this based on policies, risk analyses, vulnerability scans and penetration tests, among other things. Our organisation, our processes, our platform and our data centres are audited annually for adequate information security 's level by independent accredited parties. We can demonstrate this to you through, among other things, ISO 27001 certifications throughout the chain.
The data is stored within the EEA.
We keep your data for up to a month after termination. This gives you ample time to export or copy any information from your environment.
Yes, it is possible to upload Assets, risks , master data or, for example, a processing register to the CyberManager. We can take care of this via the import templates provided.
Our platform supports various file formats, including Word, Excel, pdf, video, audio, ppt, png, and many more to upload files as for example to a task as evidence. You can also hyperlink to existing documentation in your SharePoint, or, for example, Google Drive or shared folders.
The CyberManager supports SSO using MicroSoft Azure ID/ Entra ID, SAML or Okta.
We do not support an on-premises version of our software. It is SaaS-only. Besides the standard SaaS option, we also offer a private cloud variant at an additional cost.
