ISO 9001 - Quality management

ISO 9001 je međunarodni standard u području upravljanja kvalitetom. Taj priznati standard kvalitete omogućuje organizacijama da dokažu da su usluge i proizvodi očekivane kvalitete. Standard se može opisati kao mjera povjerljivosti i transparentnosti. Sadrži zahtjeve za standardizaciju, kontrolu i omogućavanje sustava upravljanja kvalitetom mjerljivima.

Međutim, ISO 9001 donosi nekoliko prednosti kao što su kontinuirano poboljšanje i racionalizacija procesa, generira održiv rast radom na temelju rizika i poboljšana suradnja s dionicima za učinkovitiji lanac opskrbe.
