ISO 9001 - Kvalitetsstyring

ISO 9001 er den internasjonale standarden for kvalitetsstyring. Denne anerkjente kvalitetsstandarden gjør det mulig for organisasjoner å vise at tjenester og produkter er av forventet kvalitet. Standarden kan beskrives som et mål på konfidensialitet og åpenhet. Den inneholder krav om å standardisere, kontrollere og gjøre kvalitetsstyringssystemer målbare.

En ISO 9001 gir imidlertid flere fordeler som kontinuerlig forbedring og effektivisering av prosesser, genererer bærekraftig vekst gjennom risikobasert arbeid og forbedret samarbeid med interessenter for en mer effektiv forsyningskjede. Disse forbedringene løfter driftsresultatene til et høyere nivå med færre feil og høyere fortjeneste. Og takket være mer effektive arbeidsmåter sparer organisasjoner penger, og målrettede interne prosesser motiverer de ansatte og sikrer høyere kundetilfredshet.
